Refund Policy

Quote-first model
Rightsignal reviews the submitted case before confirming a quote. A payment request or invoice should be sent only after the scope, plan, and expected work are clear.
Before work starts
If payment was made and no evidence review, notice preparation, monitoring, or submission work has started, a refund may be available after payment-provider fees are considered.
After work starts
Fees for completed review, evidence preparation, monitoring, notice drafting, submission, or follow-up work are generally non-refundable because the work has already been performed.
No removal guarantee
A platform, host, or search engine may reject or ignore a request. Rejection by a third party does not automatically create a refund because Rightsignal sells operational work, not a guaranteed outcome.
Subscriptions and monitoring
Monitoring plans cover recurring review, detection, reporting, and agreed action limits for the active billing period. Unused capacity does not automatically roll over unless stated in the written quote.
Case-by-case review
Refund requests are reviewed based on scope, work already completed, payment method, provider fees, and any written agreement made before payment.
